Every other day we hear, Petrol prices are rising in India and govt doing nothing about it.
Yeah govt cannot do anything about petrol price rise as India imports most of its petrol and they just can't make petrol in 1 day or 100 years :-).
Simple solution to it: Give perks to high fuel efficiency cars Indian or Imported.
Toyota Prius which gives around 50 miles/ gallon is of $25,000 in USA and $55,000 in India.
Indian govt should remove useless and baseless tax on importing vehicles from other countries.
Because of this 100%+ tax, toyota prius is around 12 lakhs in US and around 25 laks in India :-(
Toyota, Honda and many more including all electric Tesla motors have amazing fuel effecient cars or 100% electric cars.
Reliance: facilitated corruption in India. Amost every babu in India is corrupt. What good reliance did to India? other than filling up their own pockets and interests?
